HSV celebrate their second win in second game of the season. Hamburg enjoyed a 3-1 win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday (28.08.10) in front of 51,500 fans in the sold out Commerzbank Arena. The home side took the lead in the first half through Halil Altintop after deflecting a shot from Patick Ochs goalwards but Hamburg fought back.  More

The perfectionist refused to let the typical Hamburg weather prevent him from going through every detail and expectations as the team practiced set pieces on Friday afternoon (27.08.10). Hamburg have qualified for the second round of the cup. Armin Veh's team beat SV Torgelower Greif 5-1 (1-1) on sunday evening (15.08.10) in front of 8,000 fans. Ruud van Nistelrooy hit a hattrick (34./65./67.), Paolo Guerrero (53.) and David Jarolim also got on the scoresheet. Daniel Pankau was the scorer of the equaliser to make it 1-1. More
