HSV end contract with viagogo

After extensive talks with members, HSV announced today that they will end the contract with ticketing company viagogo at the earliest possible time which will be 31.7.2013. The club has also raised season ticket prices for the 2013/14 season.

The HSV board have decided to end the contoversial contract with ticket company viagogo on 31.7.2013. "It was important to hold discussions on the matter with our members", said HSV marketing boss Joachim Hilke.

To compensate for the loss in revenue, the club has decided to raise season ticket prices for next season - the first rise in five years: "The suggestion for this new price structure came from fan representatives", explained board member for member matters Oliver Scheel. Member discount has been set at 20 Euros across the board: "I am sure that together we have managed to find a solution to suit everyone", added HSV Supporters Ralf Bednarek.
