Zé Roberto to leave HSV
Zé Roberto will leave HSV at the end of the current season. He plans to say farewell and "thank you" to the club and fans at the final game of the season at home to Borussia Mönchengladbach (Sat, 14.05.2011, 15:30 CET). The announcement was made following talks between the midfielder's agent Christian Butcher and the club. "We would have liked to have kept Zé at HSV for a further season, but he wants a longer contract than we are prepared to offer him. We are happy to have had such an accomplised footballer and great person at our club. We wish him and his family the very best of luck in the future.
