#HSVKSV: Advance ticket sales for HSV members started.

The home match against the Störche from Kiel on 30 October will also take place under 2G conditions at Volkspark. HSV members can now secure tickets for the floodlit match.

The upcoming home match against Holstein Kiel (30 October, kick-off: 8.30 p.m.) as part of the 12th second division matchday will - just like the Düsseldorf home match last Saturday (1:1) - take place under 2G conditions at the Volksparkstadion. This means that only vaccinated and recovered HSV fans will have access to the stadium. In return, the standing areas will be open again, the distance and mask requirement will be lifted and alcohol may be served again.

After HSV season ticket holders were able to secure their desired seats in the past few days, advance ticket sales for HSV members also started today (Monday, 18 October) at 9 am. The advance ticket sales will continue until tomorrow (Tuesday, 19 October) at 10 a.m. - then the tickets will go on sale to the general public.

Tickets will be sold exclusively online via the online at the HSV-Ticketshop.Tickets cannot be sold via the HSV hotline or in the HSV fan shops.

The special features to be observed when visiting the stadium under 2G regulations and where you can get all the information on advance ticket sales can be found in the FAQs below.

FAQ

Why did HSV opt for the 2G model for the Düsseldorf and Kiel home games?
After discussions with the municipal authorities, this form is the next step for HSV, as it is for other clubs and public events. It is the next logical step, especially as more than 93% of visitors to the Volksparkstadion at past HSV home games were already vaccinated. We want to make it possible again for the persons of the further growing circle of the vaccinated to visit the stadium in an emotional and familiar way.

Why are there not some separate 3G blocks?
Because this is not possible due to specifications by the city of Hamburg and HSV, like all other organisers of public events, must adhere to these specifications.

I can't get vaccinated for health reasons, how do I get into the stadium?
Unfortunately, the regulations of the City of Hamburg do not allow any leeway here either. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any exemption to unvaccinated persons in this case either, but we assume that the 2G rule is also a temporary regulation.

What about the access rights of children?
Children and young people up to and including the age of 17 do not require proof of age to enter the stadium, although proof of age must be provided with the help of an identity document in the case of young people.

Are lap children allowed again, contrary to the 3G rule?
Yes, this means that lap children - children up to and including the age of six - may once again be taken into the stadium by at least one parent without being entitled to their own seat. Here, too, the child's age must be proven.

What is the advance ticket sales procedure for the HSV home match against Holstein Kiel?
Season ticket deposit holders will be given advance purchase rights from Wednesday, 13 October at 10 a.m. up to and including Sunday, 17 October. On 18 October at 10 a.m., HSV members can secure tickets. On 19 October at 10 a.m., tickets will finally go on sale to the general public. The entire advance sale will take place exclusively online, sales via the HSV hotline and in the HSV fan shops cannot be offered. More information on the advance ticket sales as well as the prices for the different categories can be found here.

Can all seats be purchased in advance?
For organisational reasons, we reserve the right not to put some blocks on sale in advance or to put them on sale at a later date.

Will the tickets still be personalised despite 2G?
Yes. Tickets will continue to be sold exclusively on a personalised basis due to the contact tracking requirements that are also relevant under 2G.

Will there still be a season ticket for the 2021/22 season?
Further information will be announced after the match against Holstein Kiel. This step was originally already planned last week. HSV asks all season ticket deposit holders for their understanding for this delay.
