The HSV men’s team will once again be playing in the Bundesliga next season. But that’s not all: the women’s team has also managed to stay up and will be back in Germany’s top flight for the 2026/27 season – and all HSV Kids can be right there in the thick of it! After all, this is the dream of many football-mad children: to walk hand in hand with the professionals through the players’ tunnel onto the pitch at the packed Volksparkstadion, to experience this incredible atmosphere up close and to be right in the thick of it when the whole stadium is cheering and the excitement is palpable. And the best bit is: from now on, members of the HSV Kids Club once again have the chance to apply to join the HSV Rautenbande, who accompany the players from both teams onto the pitch at every home match at the Volkspark.

Together with HSV’s partner HanseMerkur – the main and shirt sponsor of the Hamburg first team and the Rautenbande – the HSV Kids Club is offering its members aged between five and ten the exclusive opportunity to apply to walk out with the teams at HSV’s home matches. All children taking part in the pitch walk-on will receive a free ticket for the relevant home match in the HanseMerkur family block (Block 8a). Three further tickets are reserved for accompanying adults and parents, which can be purchased at a charge.

All members now have the opportunity to apply to join the Rautenbande for the 2026/27 season, with applications open until the first home match.

Important: This is not a direct booking or an automatic acceptance, but rather an application for the time being. Around four weeks before each home match, the children selected by random draw for that particular match will then be invited. And something that is particularly close to the HSV Kids Club’s heart: all children should feel encouraged to apply, regardless of their individual abilities and backgrounds. The HSV Kids Club is open to everyone and looks forward to creating an inclusive and diverse community – and wishes all our little HSV fans the best of luck with their applications!
