29-man squad named for Home Ground training camp
Miro Muheim is back with the team, while several youngsters from HSV’s academy have again been included. Jean-Luc Dompe, meanwhile, has been given permission to find a new club.
A third training camp of the summer awaits HSV as preparations for the 2026/27 season continue. Following spells in Denmark and Austria, the squad will spend five days at adidas’ Home Ground, where the team also stayed last summer. HSV set off for Herzogenaurach on Monday morning (3rd August).
A total of 29 players have made the trip. Miro Muheim is back with the squad following his involvement at the World Cup in Mexico, Canada and the United States and his subsequent holiday. Academy players Louis Lemke (16), Thierry Sedlatschek (17), Elias Lahti (17) and Jason Bissi-Mouelle (18) have also been included once again. Jean-Luc Dompe is not part of the squad after being given permission to hold talks over his future.
HSV will complete seven training sessions during their stay in Herzogenaurach, with the first taking place at 16:00 CEST on the day of arrival. The week will conclude with a friendly against LOSC at the Volksparkstadion on Saturday, 8th August (15:00).
