DFL confirms exact dates for matchdays 6 to 12
The DFL has set the kick-off times for the next Bundesliga matchdays. For HSV, four Saturday fixtures at the traditional 15:30 slot are on the schedule – including the home game against Dortmund on 8th November.
The German Football League (DFL) announced on Thursday (4th September) the exact scheduling for Bundesliga matchdays 6 to 12 of the 2025/26 season. For HSV, the period includes three Sunday fixtures and four Saturday games, with six of the seven games kicking off at 15:30.
On matchday 6, the Rothosen will host 1. FSV Mainz 05 at the Volksparkstadion on Sunday, 5th October at 17:30 CEST. The following two weekends see Saturday 15:30 CEST starts – away to RB Leipzig on 18th October and at home to VfL Wolfsburg on 25th October. Matchday 9 then takes HSV to 1. FC Köln for a Sunday game on 2nd November at 15:30 CET, before Dortmund visit the Volksparkstadion on Saturday, 8th November at 15:30 CET.
After another international break, HSV are away to FC Augsburg on Saturday, 22nd November at 15:30 CET (matchday 11), before hosting VfB Stuttgart at the Volksparkstadion on Sunday, 30th November at 15:30 CET to round off matchday 12.
