Three HSV men did well on international duty on Monday night: Michael Gregoritsch made his debut for the Austrian senior national team. The 22 year old attacking midfielder was brought on for Marc Janko in the 77th minute in the 2-1 win over Georgia. Filip Kostic was instrumental in Serbia’s 2-2 with Ireland in a further World Cup qualifier. The nippy winger made it 1-1 on 62 minutes. Rothosen youngster Mats Köhlert got his name on the score sheet for the German under-19s. It was not enough though as their arch rival Dutch counterparts won 2-1. The last Rothosen men to play during the international break are experienced duo Emir Spahic and Johan Djourou. Saphic and Bosnia-Herzegovina face Estonia in Zenica, while Djourou and his Swiss national team take on newly-crowned European champions Portugal in a friendly.
