
HSV will open the new 2018/19 season following an official fixtures announcement by the DFL on Friday afternoon. Die Rothosen welcome Holstein Kiel to the Volksparkstadion on Friday, 3rd August at 20:30. Christian Titz’s first away trip takes them to SV Sandhausen on matchday 2 (10th-13th August), before an exciting fixture for fans on matchday 3 (24th-27th August), when our friends from Arminia Bielefeld come to Hamburg. The much-anticipated city derby against FC St. Pauli takes place at home on matchday 8 (29th Sept-1st Oct). 1. FC Köln will also visit Hamburg this side of Christmas on matchday 12 (2nd-05th November). The season finale kicks off at 15:30 on 19th May at home against MSV Duisburg.
The exact kick-off times from matchday 2 onwards will be announced by the DFB at a later point. Individual ticket pre-sale applications begin for members on 3rd July. Season tickets can still be purchased until 2nd July.
