A tough one to take for Josha Vagnoman and HSV, as the right-back broke the tarsal bone is his foot on Tuesday (29th October), during the Rothosen’s DFB Pokal game against VfB Stuttgart. Vagnoman was replaced in the fifth minute of extra-time after a challenge with a Stuttgart player, initially feeling that the pain would dissipate. Unfortunately, after consultation with the doctors at the university hospital, the break was confirmed, meaning the 18-year-old will not be able to play for HSV for the rest of the first half of the season. Everyone at HSV wishes Josha a speedy recovery!
