League encounter with Stuttgart sold out

57,000 spectators are expected on Saturday afternoon at the Volksparkstadion, whilst tickets are still available for the cup game on Tuesday.

After the top-of-the-table clash with Arminia Bielefeld on Monday evening, the Rothosen don’t have to wait long for the next crunch match, with VfB Stuttgart the guests at the Volksparkstadion on Saturday (26th October). The game is already sold out, meaning that 57,000 spectators will be in attendance for the first of two match-ups with the Swabians.

Warning to all fans planning on driving to the Volksparkstadion on Saturday, that they must be ready for long delays when travelling to the stadium. The A7 motorway is completely closed between Schnelsen-Nord and the motorway interchange at Hamburg-Nordwest (Northwest). All other roads will be overflowing with traffic due to this closure, therefore we advise to travel as early as possible, with public transport or by bike.

For those who don’t have a ticket for Saturday’s game, the cup game on the following Tuesday (29th October, kick-off 6:30pm) is another opportunity to watch the two traditional sides go at it with hammer and tongs. Around 40,000 tickets have been sold for the second round match-up so far. Tickets are available online or via the HSV hotline (+4940 4155-1887) from €26 for adults and €14 for children.
