Another bitter pill to swallow for HSV, as Rick van Drongelen tore the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in his left knee during the 5-1 loss to SV Sandhausen on Sunday (28th June). The Dutchman landed awkwardly after challenging for a header during the first half and had to be substituted after 36 minutes of the game. Tests at the university hospital revealed the torn ACL.
