Positive exchange between Kühne Holding AG and HSV
HSV Presidium meets with Klaus-Michael Kühne in Hamburg - President Marcell Jansen: "It was a good discussion. Both parties are concerned with stabilisation, debt relief and a competitive future orientation of HSV Fußball AG."
The HSV presidium met today (Wednesday) in Hamburg with representatives of the second largest shareholder of HSV Fußball AG - Kühne Holding AG - to discuss cooperation and support for Klaus-Michael Kühne.
HSV President Marcell Jansen, who was present at the meeting with his Vice-Presidents Michael Papenfuß and Bernd Wehmeyer, said after the appointment: "It was a good conversation, a constructive start. This is the first time our board has met with Mr Kühne in this constellation, and there was a positive and open culture of discussion. Both parties are concerned with stabilisation, debt relief and a competitive future orientation of HSV Fußball AG."
The HSV presidium presented the current status of the measures initiated to Klaus-Michael Kühne and the other representatives of Kühne Holding AG and exchanged views on the next tasks ahead. Finally, the two sides agreed to continue the internal exchange of views and to discuss the possibility of further concrete cooperation with Kühne Holding AG.
