There are various ways to get to the Volksparkstadion in Hamburg – from cycling to the underground. If travelling by car, bus or motorbike, there are a limited number of parking spaces near the stadium.
We recommend travelling by public transport, fan buses or by bike. Tickets for HSV home matches at the Volksparkstadion entitle holders to free use (zones A–F) of all transport operated by the Hamburg Transport Association (HVV) for the journey to and from the stadium on match day (tickets must be booked in advance).
If travelling by car, we recommend arriving early. After the match, there may be long queues when leaving the car parks, so we advise our visitors to take advantage of the post-match activities we offer once the final whistle has blown.
On home match days, the HSV Service Centre is available from 9.00 am until kick-off by telephone on 040/4155-1887 and by email at info@hsv.de.
Please note: The HVV service can also be used with digital tickets.
