The quickest and easiest way to book an HSV trip is via our online form at www.hsv-reisen.de. Alternatively, we’d be happy to help you by email (reisen@hsv.de) or by telephone (040/4155-1347).
Once we have received your travel booking, you will receive a written quote by email within 10 days. Your HSV Travel trip will only be considered definitively booked once you have confirmed this quote and received a booking confirmation from us.
The contracting party is HSV Fußball AG & Co. KGaA, Uwe-Seeler-Allee 9, 22525 Hamburg. You can find the General Terms and Conditions of Travel on our website at www.hsv-reisen.de under the ‘Terms and Conditions’ section.
Based on past experience, the exact day of the week for a Bundesliga match is set by the Bundesliga around six weeks before the relevant match day. Dates may vary due to international competitions in which German teams are also taking part, or due to rescheduled matches.
The dates stated in our announcements are therefore subject to final confirmation, which may be issued at short notice.
The standard match days and kick-off times for Bundesliga matches are:
Fridays: 8.30 pm
Saturdays: 3.30 pm and 6.30 pm
Sundays: 3.30 pm, 5.30 pm and 7.30 pm
Yes, that’s generally not a problem. When booking an HSV Travel trip, the hotel stay is automatically scheduled for the night between the match day and the following day. An exception applies to Sunday matches: in these cases, the stay is from Saturday night to Sunday morning. The booking is automatically arranged according to this schedule – regardless of the dates you provided in your registration.
Please note that a match may be rescheduled at short notice, in which case you will not be automatically entitled to a free rebooking or cancellation.
No, travel to and from the destination is not included in the trip price, unless this is stated otherwise in our packages.
Once your booking has been confirmed, we will send you the invoice. Please transfer the amount stated on the invoice to the bank account indicated on the invoice, keeping in mind the payment deadlines (including any deposit and final payment as specified on the invoice).
You will be informed about the delivery of your travel documents, including your event tickets, once your booking has been confirmed. These will be sent either by email or by post. In some cases, we can also arrange for your travel documents to be left at the hotel.
For our trips to home matches, we work with a select group of first-class hotels located near the stadium and in Hamburg city centre. You can rely on our many years of experience and high standards when it comes to selecting these hotels. We are personally familiar with all the hotels, and they meet the categories stated in our offers.
You can cancel your trip at any time. Please note that this may incur costs for expenses already incurred. You can find the specific cancellation fees in our Terms and Conditions (in German).
We recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance. This protects you, for example, against the costs of cancelling your trip in the event of illness. Travel cancellation insurance is not automatically included in your booking.
