HSV TICKET RESALE PLATFORM

As an HSV season ticket holder, you can put your seat up for sale for individual home matches if you are unable to attend a match. The ticket will then be made available to all HSV fans via the HSV ticket shop. If the ticket is sold, you will receive 1/17 of the season ticket’s value into the bank account you have provided within 14 days of the date of sale.

When the members’ ticket pre-sale for our home matches in the 2026/27 season begins, the HSV ticket resale platform will be activated for the sale of the relevant home match. You can find all the pre-sale dates here.

You can list a ticket on the HSV ticket resale platform via the HSV ticket shop. It only takes a few steps:

1. Log in at HSV ticket shop using your HSV.ID.
   Please note: Your season ticket must be connected to your HSV.ID in order to be selected here.

2. Select ‘My Account’ from your account. Then select the ‘Ticket resale platform’ (German: Ticketbörse) menu option.

3. The next step is to select the ticket you wish to offer for sale. You will also need to provide your bank details so that we can transfer the amount to you.

   If your ticket is sold, you will receive 1/17 of the season ticket value paid into the account you have provided within 14 days of the date of sale.

Tickets listed by season ticket holders are displayed on the seating plan in the HSV Ticket Shop and are marked as secondary market tickets. In accordance with the "Fair play rules for the operation of the ticket resale platform" (in German) drawn up by the clubs in the 1st and 2nd Bundesliga in collaboration with the Bundesliga, the ticket price corresponds to the original price for a corresponding single ticket. In addition, a service charge of 10 % of the order value is applied for the resale of the ticket.
