INFORMATION SECONDARY TICKET MARKET

The HSV online ticket shop at www.hsv.de/tickets and the HSV hotline on +49 40/4155-1887 are the only official selling points for purchasing tickets to HSV home matches.

Accordingly, the dates published on hsv.de/vorverkauf for the start of each advance ticket sale represent the earliest possible time at which tickets can be purchased.

Websites offering tickets in advance for matches taking place far in the future are, in our view, misleading consumers and fans, as these do not constitute valid admission rights. Furthermore, no tickets will be issued before the respective HSV advance sales period begins.

Viagogo.de and stubhub.com, in particular, are, in our view, dubious operators in this unauthorised secondary market. HSV rejects their business practices, does not cooperate with either of these platforms, and expressly advises against purchasing tickets via these or any other platforms. Tickets purchased through them are invalid and do not entitle the holder to entry to the Volksparkstadion.

The same applies to tickets purchased via classified adverts (e.g. eBay Kleinanzeigen).

HSV offers all ticket purchasers the option to return their tickets, so there is no valid reason to use these or other ticket platforms to resell tickets.

Reselling tickets at the standard ticket price to private individuals without using online platforms is, of course, permitted. Nevertheless, we recommend reselling tickets only to people you know and trust.

If you have purchased overpriced or invalid tickets and have suffered a loss as a result, we will be happy to help. Please send us an email to agb@hsv.de, providing full details of the tickets. We will then be happy to help ensure that you can still attend the home match of your choice.
