Oliver Fischer has been working in the HSV greenkeeping team for more than 15 years. HSV supports its staff’s mobility by offering a range of options.
HSV staff have the option of obtaining the Deutschlandticket as a subsidised job ticket and/or taking out a bicycle leasing scheme. As set out in the business travel policy, emissions are also taken into account as a decision-making criterion during planning. Furthermore, electric and plug-in hybrid cars are subsidised in accordance with the company car policy.

When it comes to the mobility options offered to their staff, HSV Fußball AG & Co. KGaA and Hamburger Sport-Verein e.V., as employers, prioritise environmental criteria in the interests of protecting the environment. Furthermore, staff wellbeing and reducing the financial burden on employees are also key considerations.

As part of its Corporate Volunteering Day, HSV took part in the ‘Hamburg räumt auf!’ initiative.
The annual city-wide campaign “Hamburg räumt auf!” is a joint initiative organised by the City Cleaning Department and the Ministry for the Environment, Climate, Energy and Agriculture (BUKEA). At HSV, staff, colleagues from SPORTFIVE and players worked together for a day during the campaign period to clear the area around the Volksparkstadion of litter.

A visible contribution to environmental protection: Once again this year, Hamburger SV took part in the ‘Hamburg räumt auf!’ campaign as part of a corporate volunteering day.
