The primary objective of HSV’s security policy is to ensure a safe stadium experience for all spectators, players, operational staff and other stakeholders, and to act at all times in a preventative, law-abiding and security-focused manner.

All HSV staff and employees are obliged to play their part in achieving the prevention and safety objectives and, through their behaviour, to help ensure a safe stadium experience, avoid safety risks and comply with the relevant laws and regulations.
All service providers and suppliers must be made familiar with the specific requirements and procedures. Safety-related requirements are taken into account when selecting service providers and suppliers.
Those responsible for safety must undergo continuous training in the relevant areas. Safety procedures must be practised regularly. The relevant safety requirements are consistently implemented.
To carry out their duties, security officers are provided with the necessary personnel and technical resources, as well as the necessary financial resources to establish and maintain the security management system.
The specific and organisational procedures are documented in accordance with the association’s legal requirements and reviewed periodically.

The Arena Store is located at the north-east entrance to the Rautenwelt. The HSV Service Centre is situated right next to the Rautenwelt and is happy to answer any questions you may have about HSV.
