HSV bid farewell to Adedire Mebude
The 20-year-old winger, who spent the second half of the 2024/25 season on loan at the Rothosen, will return to his parent club KVC Westerlo.
Adedire Mebude will leave Hamburger SV. The 20-year-old winger joined the club on loan at the end of January from Belgian top-flight side KVC Westerlo and played four league games for the Rothosen. The Scotland U21 international (13 caps, 2 goals) played his part in the club achieving their target of winning promotion to the Bundesliga.
The agile attacker, who came through Manchester City’s academy, will now return to Belgium. HSV would like to thank ‘Dire’ for his efforts and wish him all the best for the rest of his career.
