Uns Uwe - special jerseys and warm-up shirts
HSV is auctioning off the "UNS UWE" special jerseys from the first home game of the season. In addition, the black warm-up shirts with the Uwe Seeler motif will go on sale. All net proceeds will go to the Uwe Seeler Foundation.
"One of us, only better," said Jonas Boldt, CEO of HSV Fußball AG, in memory of the greatest HSVer of all time: Uwe Seeler.
During the first home match of the 2022/23 season against F.C. Hansa Rostock (24 July), Hamburger SV commemorated its club icon, who died on 21 July 2022 at the age of 85, with numerous memorial activities. Among other things, the Rothosen wore a special "UNS UWE" jersey and a special warm-up shirt in honour of the HSV record goal scorer.
Since then, the club has received many questions through numerous channels as to the extent to which it is possible to purchase these special commemorative fabrics, which will be answered at today's 135th HSV anniversary:
Auction of the special jerseys
An HSV special jersey "UNS UWE" in memory of Uwe Seeler: Two exclusive special jerseys have been produced for each HSV player who was in the squad for the aforementioned home match, one of which will be auctioned off on the "United Charity" auction portal.
The auctions of the rare memorabilia are running now and will end on Uwe Seeler's birthday on 5 November. The entire net proceeds will go to the Uwe Seeler Foundation.

In addition to the opportunity to take part in the auction of the special jerseys, all HSV fans can now buy the highly popular "Uwe Seeler" T-shirt for 18.87 euros in the HSV online shop and fan shops. Here, too, the entire net proceeds go to the Uwe Seeler Foundation.
The motif is similar to the warm-up shirts worn by the professionals: the front of the black T-shirt shows the cheering Uwe Seeler with the number 9. The back shows the classic HSV back flock with the back number 9 and the words "Uns Uwe".
